Boujee Bliss Events – Market Trader Terms & Conditions
By booking and attending any Boujee Bliss Events market, all traders acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Deposits
All deposits are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Stall Payments
Full payment for all stalls must be received no later than the Friday, one week prior to the market event. Failure to pay by this deadline may result in your pitch being reallocated.
3. Trader Cancellations
Any cancellation received by 4:00pm on the Monday prior to the event will receive a credit note towards a future Boujee Bliss Events market, less the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
4. Event Cancellation
If Boujee Bliss Events cancels an event due to extreme weather or safety concerns, traders will receive a market credit to their trader account for use against a future event. No cash refunds will be issued.
5. Stall Allocation
Pitch locations are allocated on the day of the event by the event organisers. Stall holders must use the allocated pitch and must not change location without permission.
6. Gazebos & Safety
All gazebos must be suitable for outdoor use and securely erected.
  • Each gazebo leg must be weighted with a minimum of 15kg.
  • Weights must be securely attached to each leg at all times.
  • Weights and equipment must not create a trip hazard for traders or members of the public.
  • Boujee Bliss Events reserves the right to refuse the use of any gazebo or equipment deemed unsafe.
7. Set Up & Pack Down
Detailed arrival, set-up and pack-down instructions will be provided prior to each event. Traders must follow all instructions issued by Boujee Bliss Events.
8. Waste Disposal
All traders are responsible for removing all rubbish, packaging and waste from their pitch before leaving the venue.
9. Late Arrival & Early Departure
Requests to arrive late or leave before the advertised closing time must be authorised in advance by Rachel or Sandy.
Requests must be submitted and approved no later than 5:00pm on the Wednesday before the event to allow sufficient time for market planning.
10. Arrival at the Venue
No trader may begin setting up before Rachel or Sandy have arrived and authorised access to the market site. This is to ensure the market is organised efficiently and safely.
11. Public Liability Insurance
All traders must hold valid Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and must be able to provide evidence of cover if requested by Boujee Bliss Events or during any council inspection.
12. Food Hygiene
Any trader selling food or drink requiring Food Hygiene certification must display their current Food Hygiene Certificate throughout the event and produce it upon request.
13. Event Promotion

Any trader found to be infringing intellectual property rights may be asked to remove the offending products immediately and/or leave the event without refund.

18. Right to Remove Traders
Boujee Bliss Events reserves the right to ask any trader to leave the market immediately if they are found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions or if their behaviour, products, equipment or conduct is deemed unsafe, inappropriate or detrimental to the event, other traders or members of the public.
